Sign in to Swai
Find Swai in your connectors and press Connect. Sign in with your Swai account and press Allow.

Check that Swai is on
In a chat, open the tools menu (the sliders icon under the message box) and make sure Swai is switched on.

Ask for anything
For example: “Make a 6-second vertical ad for this product with Swai.” Claude quotes the credits before it starts.
Not working?
My AI doesn't use Swai
Make sure Swai is switched on in this chat (Claude: tools menu; ChatGPT: + → Developer mode). Then ask again and mention Swai.
It signed in to the wrong account
Sign out of swai.studio in your browser, then disconnect and reconnect Swai in the app to sign in with the right account.
It says I don't have enough credits
Swai uses your account's credits. Top up or change plan at swai.studio/billing, then ask again.
How do I disconnect?
Remove Swai from the app's connector or MCP settings. Your files stay in your Swai library.
